Printed on good quality card paper, cut out and layered the elements with foam pads, I trimmed in gold peel off to finish around the edges and added the caption

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a girly paper and added the main image centrally. I added the decoupage and a sentiment, along with the 'alcohol is the answer'.
To finish I added four blue dome gel spots and used the matching insert to which I added the '..but I cant remember the question' A great card for any occasion really and very quick and easy to make.
