I printed and cut out all elements,I then matted a blank card with co-ordinating blue pearl card,added the base design to the center then added the decoupage with foam pads,I finished with black peel offs to the side a little glitter on the dress a blue feather and a greeting,a very elegant card suitable for all ages..
