I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card cut to shape of print, with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with clear glaze to balloons, crystal stickles to windows to enhance flowers behind them pink gems to bows, and pink pearl flowers round design, to resemble a country cottage.
A beautiful design for a special birthday.
