I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added a bow tied from ribbon and twine and finished with a sentiment. A gorgeous, cute design.
Printed on matt photo paper and attached to scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads and added sentiment. Finished with pink edging. A cute card in bright colours.
This little beauty caught my attention and I just had to make it up. I printed the sheet, cut out the elements and mounted all the decoupage with foam tape. Lastly adding the Happy Birthday sentiment tag.
I adhered the base topper onto a matching olive green cardstock with DST and it was done. So so cute!!! If you like this one - check out my homepage for other items I have crafted.
