Blow Out the Candles and Make a Wish

I attached a piece of backing paper to my card blank. I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to my backing paper and added the decoupage with foam pads

I printed onto gloss photo paper and cut out the different elements. I mounted the base image onto a white card blank and added the other layers using gel glue.

I finished off by adding a touch of gold glitter glue to the candle flames and some small deep pink gems to the cake.
