I used matte photo paper to print out this design . After cutting out I used d s tape to attach the base image to my card made from a sheet from cup67279_172.
The decoupage I added with silicone glue. to finish I added adhesive gems to the flower centres in the central panel

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a lovely DM backing paper and attached the main image centrally. I added the decoupage using foam pads and finished by adding three green flower gems .
A vibrant card which is quick and easy to make and can be used for many different occasions.
