I placed the base picture to a very pale lilac card with glue. I then used the sticky pads to build up the decoupaged pieces and Chose the "Special Friend" sentiment and placed it at the bottom. This is an awesome design and really nice how the decoupaged pieces have been done with the special shape and ovals. This is pretty quick to make and you shouldn't have a problem.
