I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the piece. I attached some white feathers around the edges underneath the image and then matted some card over it to hold it all in place.
Onto a beige card base I attached a punched frame from pearlised metallic copper paper and then mounted the image over that.
To finish I added a little white bling here and there and copper peel-offs for a border. This sweet image would be suitable to celebrate any baby's arrival or to mourn their passing.
