I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. I then added a faux pink gingham bow and a cute little teddy.
She is so irresistible and this card will welcome any newcomer with a smile!!
