I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a pale blue mat and then a darker blue card. I used silver peel offs around the mat.
I added a lace ribbon on the bottom along with the provided tag finally some pearls and rhinestones to finsih off

I printed on to matte photo paper. I chose a 5x7 card and covered with an embossed card. Mounted the topper and layered. Added gems and pearls, and finished with the sentiment tag. A very sweet design to welcome a new baby.
