I cut out all pieces, stuck the Topper to blue metalic card and stuck the whole lot to white card.
I then compiled the decoupage, picked out the words in glue pen and crystal glitter and stuck to the card.
Finished off with silver peel off around the edge of the topper and the metalic card.
