Beautiful Anniversary Waltz

I printed the design on to matte photo paper. I printed my sentiment onto the main image.

Placed a coordinating backing panel on the front then adhered main image on top with foam tape.

I then cut the decoupage pieces out and adhered on top with foam pads to give it some height.

I finished off the card with a verse inside, ribbon and bow down the side, some flat back gems and stickles.
