I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the background paper from the design to the card using double sided tape.
I attached the decoupage pieces and the greetings to the card using thin foam tape.
