I printed the sheet onto A5 size matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image, matted on white, onto a 16cm.sq. card which I had covered with a paper from cup517514_1298 Shabby Chic Ditsy Spots.
I added the layers and 2 of the captions using sticky pads.

Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
