Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out the elements, I used DST to attach Topper to a pale green card. Used foam tape, and Pads to attach the Decoupage. I stuck little purple gems into the middle of little flowers. I really like this bright design.
It makes into very interesting Bright card.

Printed on good quality card paper, cut out and layered the elements with foam pads, I trimmed in gold peel off to finish around the edges and added the caption
