I printed out design sheet onto photo paper. I took a sheet of aqua green card stock and measured down 5 1/2 inches. I folded it there, make sure you put in a good crease.

I cut the design sheet out at the scalloped edge of design sheet and placed that on the larger part of card stock with double stick tape.

I cut out 3-d pieces and attached them with foam pads. In the bottom corner I added a bow to set off the design. With the remaining 5 1/2 in. of card I put in a mountain fold half way, about 2 3/4 in.

Be sure to make a good crease as this will help the card to stand upright. So cute.
