I printed the design on good quality photo matte paper and attached the base onto a die cut lace then onto a green shimmer card.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added crystal glitter to some of the elements. Lovely design.
I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
