I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the pyramid using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I added glitter to the gems on the corners and to the flowers on the glasses and neck of the bottle.
A lovely card.
