I printed this Fairy Bear on to gloss photo paper, I used foam squares for the decoupage, and DST. to mount onto card stock, that I waved the edges, I used the blank tag and printed happy birthday, to use as my sentiment tag,.
To complete the card I added a ribbon and bow.
This is a very quick, and easy card top to do, and very very cute.
