I printed the sheet out onto 300gsm white cardstock and cut out the layers. I decided that for this card I wouldn't use all the layers so that it wasn't too deep to go into an ordinary envelope.
I took an A4 sheet of Centura pearl Snow White cardstock and scored and folded it in half to make my base card.
I stuck the base layer of the image onto a sheeto of black Bazill cardstock and trimmed to leave a small border.
I then cut a piece of golden coloured Adorable Scorable cardstock 1cm height and 1cm width larger than the matted image.
I stuck the matted image at a jaunty angle onto this matt.
I put a strip of the black cardstock down the right hand side of the card, and did some further layers at angles of both cardstocks near the bottom left of the card front before attaching the matted and layered image using fingerlift tape onto the layers on the left and 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape on the right.
I made a greetings panel from squares of both cardstocks and stuck it otwards the bottom right of the card front using the foam tape.
I haven't added a greeting yet as I'm not sure which language it will be needed in.
I finished the card off by inserting insert cup394315_659 inside.
