The sheet was printed onto supersmooth paper. I used a light blue silk art card as my base. I used a piece of blue check backing paper and a sticky ribbon for the edge.
I mounted the base image on to a piece of blue mirri card and layered up the rest of the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
I used 2 of the greetings and mounted them onto the same blue mirri card. I used the speech bubble mounted onto blue mirri card to add stength. I tied a blue organza ribbon to the edge to finish.
