The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a brown card as my base. I used a piece of leaf backing paper. I mounted the base layer onto gold mirri card. I layered up the decoupage with 1mm foam pads.
I offset the decoupage and tied some ribbon above it to finish.
