THIS IS PRINTED ON 110 WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT IT ALL OUT AND USED STICK PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I GLUED A BACKGROUND TO A BLANK WHITE CARD. THEN I GLUED THE ART WORK ON TOP OF THAT. I USED PINKISH METALLIC PAPER FOR THE BORDERS.
