Those gorgeous painted Tulips again. This time they are on a lace frame matted onto a sheet that has the look of glittered card/paper. When printed, the glitter is looking still shiny as if you have glittered it yourself or used real glitter card.

I used a white 8 x 8 card blank and matted and layered using peach glitter card and cream cardstock and on the final layer used cream pearlescent paper.
I then decoupaged the layers using foam pads and then embellished with gold corner peel offs, a sentiment and cream ribbon
