I cut out all elements and layered with foam tabs. I mounted on a sunflower colored mat that I used the swiss dots cuttlebug embossing folder on. I then mounted on a blue mat on a white card. I inked the edge of the card with yellow ink.
I made a tag with the blue and white card and then added a green plaid bow
