Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.

I printed the sheet onto white card and cut out the images. I attached to a narrow card base so that the topper appears to be standing alone using DST and added the decoupage with foam pads.
