The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a dark blue card as my base. I created 3 panels using silver mirri card and a very similar backing sheet to the image. On the last panel I attached some blue organza ribbon which I knotted.
I mounted the base image onto the same silver mirri card used for the panels. I layered up the remaining decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I mounted one of the greetings supplied onto a piece of silver mirri card to finish.
