This is a vintage flower cart with octagon pyramid layers,
There are two of the layers done for you and you only have to add the last two layers, There are also two decoupage sets of wings for the dragon flies.

I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto my card using DST and attached the decoupage with foam pads.
