Bewitched 2, Starstacker

The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a burgundy linen finish card as my base. I mounted the base image onto a piece of red foil card and tied a burgandy ribbon around the bottom edge.

I layered up the rest of the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
