I PRINTED THIS ON WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT THE PIECES OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I CUT A BLANK WHITE CARD TO FIT THE DESIGN. I THEN GLUED SOME SCRAPBOOK PAPER TO THAT FOR THE BACKGROUND. THEN I GLUED THE DECO. TO THAT.
I MATTED THE EDGES WITH RED METALLIC PAPER. I USED ALOT OF DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER.
