I prepared the decoupage using silicone gel. I took a card blank and made it into an easel card, covering the base and easel in a dark blue/silver snowflake paper.
I took one of the ribbons from the sheet and mounted it on to the base with a foam strip, added one of the sentiments to make the stop for the easel.
