PRINTED THIS TOPPER ONTO BLANK WHITE CARD STOCK. CUT IT OUT AND USED STICKY PADS TO PLACE THE DECOUPAGE. I GLUED SCRAPBOOK PAPER ON THE BLANK CARD FOR THE BACKGROUN. THEN I GLUED THE DOG ONTOP OF THAT. I USED DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER.
I USED GOLD METALLIC PAPER FOR THE BORDERS.
