I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a black card,used the tag included and added a green paper strip. Lastly some gold corner peel offs to finish off

The card is made using black cardstock, the maps and car were cut to match and layered using a variety of sticky foam squares, it was then edged with gold washi tape.
The sentiment was layered on the blank layer to give it a 3d appearance and stuck using foam squares.
