i used another music themed background on the card blank first, i cut out the biggest image first, i used tape pen to stick it to the blank, used a cut out mannequin and a 3D music note to finish it off, i also will be putting a sentiment on but only when i know what type of card its going to be, loved this design, got quite a few that is similar.
