I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out the decoupage. I used stciky foam pads to make up the decoupage. I added pink paper to a crd blank and added lace with dst down each side, I then mounted the topper on top.
I added 2 fabric prams and yellows gems to complte, another lovely card.
Printed onto card and cut out. Placed the main image onto my card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads. I added ribbon and gems.
