I PRINTED THIS ART WORK ONTO HEAVY WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT EVERYTHING OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I CUT A BLANK WHITE CARD TOO THE SIZE I WOULD NEED. I THEN GLUED SOME SCRAPBOOK PAPER ON IT FOR THE BACKGROUND.
THEN I GLUED THE TOPPER ONTO THAT. I USED MANY DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER. I USED LAQUER FOR THE EYES AND NOSE.
