Black & White Tuxedo Cat in the Garden Pyramage

I printed onto glossy photo paper, cut out and used foam to added the decoupage layers. I die cut a rectangle and added the topper, then edged with silver peeloffs and finished with some velvet ribbon.
A lovely cat design.
I printed the design onto card stock. Cut out decoupage and mounted it with sticky squares. I lined it with metallic paper. I lined the outside border with same paper. Then I glued the decoupage to the background. I put black glitter on the flowers and all over the cat.
I used lacquer for the eyes.
