Gate Fold Pop Up Birthday or Thank You Teacher
A pop up gatefold card for the teacher to say thank you or for a birthday.
This is a different variation on the pop up cards I've seen before. It is very quick and simple to make.
For best results, print onto photo paper, then stick the gatefold image onto card at the point outlined in the instructions.
With a craft knife, cut along the 4 pop up tab lines.
Score between the tags and fold the 2 outer flaps inward to close the card. At the same time, ease the 2 pop up tabs forward, so that they fold in the opposite direction to the card fronts.
Stick on card, cut out and fold closed again to get clean creases.
Then simply attach the additional images and decoupage layers to the pop up tabs as shown in the photo. Simples! ;0) (Hopefully)

I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I scored and folded as required and assembled the card, attaching the front panels using a wet glue.
I then added the little boy and girl and added their decoupage using foam pads. a super card which is not difficult to make and will please the recipients.
