I printed the images out an then I cut out the angel image and backed the verse onto it then threaded ribbon through the centre of the images and stuck them together.
I 'hung' the ribbon from the centre of another strip of ribbon across the top of the card and added glitter jewels onto the card for snowflakes and added the sentiment.The angel picture will now spin around to give the Special Mum verse.
