A very cute, very easy 'over the top' card. Comes with decoupage pieces for a 3d effect. The lettering of Happy Birthday can come in handy for other birthday cards as well.
For an easy 'no hole' look.
1. Print out design.
2. Cut around the 'over the top' design. Cut out decoupage pieces.
3. Cut a piece of card a bit wider than the width of the card design and double the size of the bottom half. Fold in half.
4. Adhere the bottom half of the design to the front of the card. Trim card as desired. Apply decoupage pieces if required.
Voila!

Printed onto glossy photo paper. Trimmed round dragon and bottom of image and attached to card stock using ds tape and glue. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added peel offs to top corners.
