I printed the sheet onto good quality gloss photo paper and cut out. I used an A5 scalloped card blank as my base card and adhered the topper using silicone glue gel.
I then decoupaged the layers again using silicone glue gel and added gold border peel offs to edge the topper.
I added rhinestone decals to two of the corners and added some additional gold gemstones to add colour. I finished off with sentiment peel offs. A really gorgeous card.
