I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out as directed and layered it onto a black base for further stability.
I decoupaged the fairy with foam pads and added the sentiment to the back.
Finally I attached burgundy faux pearls around the edge and on two corners of the fairy pop-out. This is a very simple yet stunning card to make.
