Printed on to heavy cardstock, cut out and folded. Layered all elements and curled the tassles on the bear's scarf as though it's blowing in the breeze. Added black beads to his buttons, a sparkly pompom and glitter to his scarf and hat. Finished with irridescent snowflakes and a greeting.

I printed onto matt card. I folded a card in half and covered it with some snowflake paper. The snowman was cut out and attached to the card and the decoupage added using foam pads. I die cut the sentiment and some snowflakes to finish the card.
