Christmas Morning Surprise Topper & Decoupage
This is a sleeping little animal and it looks like an Angel and a Elf are helping a busy Santa, decorate and deliver, a stocking and that large candy cane the this little one was wishing for.
This is an over the edge card topper because the bow, but this topper could easily be made to fit different blank cards

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I used matte photo paper for decoupage. Used card stock and glued scrapbook paper for background I encrusted it with different brands and grades of glitter. I also used flocking, lacquer, watercolor paints and dazzle for border.
