An elegant lady wearing a black evening dress. Great for female birthdays. Cut around top edge of circular shape with a craft knife, then fold card in half. Decoupage elements using silicone glue or foam pads.

Photo copied twice once on thicker photo card for base card. Cut out and built up decoupage using sticky pads. Added silver and gold liner to the motiff. Lined and glittered the flowers and edges of circle. Added a second greeting and lined that pink.
She reminds me of Posh Spice.
