Over the side card front with step by step decoupage.
Creates a special card for a Friend on her birthday.
Features a pretty art deco lady, with stylized flowers.
Simply fold a card in half, position the topper and cut away the excess card around the right of the letters, to make a shaped edge.
Could also be used as an ordinary topper.

I printed then cut out all the elements of this lovely design,I aded the base design to a cream blank card then cut around the lettering,I added the decoupage with foam pads and embellished with knotted toning ribbon to the side and a gemstone on the ring,this one really has the wow factor.
