Joke Card 14
A cute card to send to a child who is not feeling great, maybe sick, or in hospital, or just "down in the dumps".
Or you could add your own sentiment and use it for a birthday or any other occasion.
The riddle is on the front, along with some decoupage, and the "punch line" goes inside A little bit corny, but guaranteed to bring a smile to a child's (or even an adult's) face.
TUTORIAL FOR JOKE CARDS These cards are really simple to make.
Just cut out all the pieces. The joke question piece should be affixed to the front of your card. You can add the decoupage if you wish. Also you may add the sentiment piece. The answer (punchline) piece should be affixed to the inside of the card, also any decoupage pieces if applicable.

Printed on matte photo paper. I used a white card with rounded corners, so I rounded the base image and insert corners as well, then adhered them with dst.
I added the sentiment with thin foam pads, and the decoupage with silicone. Finished with some twinkly blue stars.
I love these silly cards, and so would any child (or adult with a quirky sense of humor)!
The sheet was printed onto 200 gsm photo paper and all elements cut out. An A5 card was folded and the main image matted to the front with double sided tape and the layer and greeting attached with 1mm foam roll.
A toning insert was attached with double sided tape.
The answer to the puzzle was also matted but to the inside with double sided tape and the layer added with 1mm foam roll.
Instead of using the eyes elements provided, wobble eyes were attached with tacky glue both on the front and the inside.
This is one of a series of joke cards which are fun and bound to make the recipient smile.
