NOEL
This cute Christmas shaped card features a teddy holding some bunting with the word NOEL on the flags. You cut out the individual flags and attach them to some string or thread which is fastened to the front of the card so that the flags are allowed to hang loose.
There are some decoupage elements and, as a bonus, the instructions picture could be used as a cute, miniature gift tag.

I printed the sheet onto gloss photo paper and cut out all the elements. I followed the instructions for the bunting, and then I used double sided tape to build the decoupage. I added a few gems to decorate.
This is a darling little card and is very easy to make
