Wedding Card Mini Kit - Something Blue

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a silver glitter card stock and then to a card similar to the design.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue, added one of the sentiments and a few scattered gems.
Beautiful design, the decoupage is brilliant!
Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added gems to rings.
