Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Scored and folded the main piece to form the card base. Attached 3d pieces using foam pads. Oh so quick and easy to make!

Printed onto 230gsm glossy photo paper. Cut out all elements. Scored and folded as required. Built up topper using 1mm foam pads. Added small gems. Added stopper using 2mm foam pads. Attached topper using glue.
